Welcome to the Cal Hawaiian Homeowner's Association

What is the Cal-Hawaiian HOA Web Site?

This is not a web site operated or owned by the management or owners of the park.  This is the residents own forum for getting information, expressing ideas and sharing concerns in an open and free environment.  Here you will find information about the rules and regulations of the park, the laws governing mobile homes in the state of California, ways to improve our neighborhood and links for services and resources.

BEWARE OF THEFTS IN THE PARK

LAST EVENING, MARCH 28, 2011, IT SEEMS WE HAD MANY THEFTS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY.  I KNOW FOR A FACT A BICYCLE WAS STOLEN, OUR OUTDOOR HEATER WAS MOVED AND IT APPEARS THEY TRIED TO STEAL IT.  THE ONLY REASON THEY DIDN'T GET IT, IS BECAUSE OF A STRONG CABLE THAT CAN'T BE CUT THROUGH AND A PADLOCK.  I HAVE HAD REPORTS OF SHOES STOLEN, PLANTS STOLEN, CARS, BICYCLES.

IF YOU TREASURE OR WANT TO KEEP SOMETHING, PUT IT INSIDE OR LOCK IT SECURELY.  THE BICYCLES WERE LOCKED AND THEY CUT THROUGH THE CABLE.

REMOVAL OF MARKETPLACE FROM WEBSITE

WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE REMOVED THE "MARKETPLACE" FROM THE HOA WEBSITE.  GOOD IDEA IN THEORY, BUT SEEMS THERE WAS LITTLE INTEREST IN THE COMMUNITY.  VERY FEW RESIDENTS UTILIZED THIS FEATURE, TO SELL NO LONGER NEEDED ITEMS, POST SERVICES THEY OFFER OR ITEMS THEY WANTED TO BUY.

AT ONE TIME, THE PARK HAD CHANNEL 3 ON OUR TV SETS THAT WE COULD GET LOCAL NEWS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.  THIS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, SO WE TRIED PUTTING IT ON THE WEBSITE.  FOR THOSE WHO DID UTILIZE THE FEATURE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST.
