I wanted to inform those that are eligible, that we should see the November 2009 PG&E rebate in our March 2010 bill.  Not all residents are eligible for this rebate.  You need to look at your bills from September 2008 through August 2009.  If you already receive the CARE or FERA discounts, you are NOT eligible for the rebate.  Second, only those that went above the second tier in rates will be eligible.  You can look at the second page of your bill to see if you went above the second tier.

Do monitor your bills closely on a monthly basis to ensure you have the correct discounts you are entitled to and continue to read your meters every month and compare when you get the bill.
